If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your course, please check other course sections to ascertain whether the problem is specific to your course or if it is present in other courses as well.

Single issue: If you are having problems with a single course, lecture, or feature, this may suggest that there is a particular problem with that particular course. We advise getting in touch with the teacher to address your concerns.

I haven't received a response to a question in my course.

Before you follow up, we advise you to see whether your instructor has indicated their availability in the Q&A and when you can anticipate an answer if you submitted a question and have not heard back from them.

Although Thkee Support can handle a wide range of technical problems and inquiries concerning our platform, we are unable to directly respond to inquiries about specific courses or the course materials.

The instructors are the ones who own and oversee the courses, therefore they are in the greatest position to respond to your inquiries. As a result, Thkee has no influence over response time.

 

How do I report a violation in a course?

My course has outdated information or resources.

We advise getting in touch with instructors to ask about the out-of-date materials because they are the ones who own and oversee the courses. As previously said, our staff is qualified to handle platform-related technical problems and inquiries; nevertheless, we are unable to respond to inquiries on individual course material.

 

I cannot find my course.

Does my course prepare me for a specific certification exam, or will I receive accreditation upon completion?

Thkee is not a recognized organization. Although certificates show abilities and achievements, they only serve as evidence of having finished a Thkee course. Formal accreditation cannot be obtained with these certificates of completion.

We advise contacting your instructor for more information if your Thkee course instructor mentioned that your course is involved in a formal accreditation procedure.

 

How do I ask a question for a course I am interested in?

When looking for a Thkee course, we suggest visiting the course landing page, which offers comprehensive details about the course material, instructor, and student feedback, to find out more about the course you are interested in but haven't enrolled in yet.

Although the Q&A section of the course is restricted to registered students, you can use the preview feature on the course page to gain a better idea of the content before deciding.

 

My course does not have subtitles in my language

Please note that not every course has multilingual subtitles.

The language options for the subtitles will be displayed on the course landing page if the instructor has added subtitles to their video. It is advised that you inform your course instructor if you would want subtitles in a certain language.
