A PDF document may occasionally take a long time to load. Verify the number of pages in the paper using the course dashboard. It's possible that the high file size is affecting the load speed if the document comprises several pages. To resolve the problem, try refreshing the page.
The PDF is Loading as a Grey Screen
- Right-click on the grey rectangle.
- Click Save As... to download the PDF to your computer.
- Manually mark the lecture as complete.
