In case you have a question about a course that you are enrolled in, but you have no idea how to find answers for it, then you are in the right place!
In this article, you will learn how you can quickly search for answers to your question in the Q&A or ask the instructor by yourself.
Please note:
The messaging feature is not available in free course enrollments. Which means that only enrolled students can message the instructor of a paid course directly (messaging feature should be enabled by instructor).

How to use the Q&A
The Q&A section can be useful for many purposes:
- You can view answers from the instructor posted to previously asked questions from students.
- You can view Featured Questions the instructor may have selected or created for their course.
- You can ask your own question in case you could not find the answer you are looking for.
To access the Q&A, follow the steps:
1. Click the Q&A icon below the course player.
2. Type your question in the "Search here..." option (see picture above). Answers from other students will appear below. Also, all questions and answers containing the same key words you typed, will also be included in the results.
4. If your question regarding course content hasn’t been asked before, you will be prompted to enter your question and submit it to the Q&A.
Please note that in order to ask a new question, text must be entered into the title field, so that the Post my Question button is enabled.
You can also access the messaging feature by clicking Overview below the course player, scrolling down to the instructor’s profile, and clicking on their name.
Please note that since courses are owned and managed by the instructors, Thkee does not have any control or information regarding their response time.
How to see/reply to a question
You may not want to ask a brand-new question but a supplementary question under a question that is already asked. Or simply want to see the replies made by the other students.
To do so, follow the steps:
- Click the title of the question. It will show all the replies.
- If you want to add a reply, go to the bottom of the replies. You will find a comment box to add a new reply.
- If you want to Edit/Delete your replies, click the three dots at the right side of the title.
