How to turn subtitles on or off
A caption icon will show up in the bottom right of the course player in your browser if a lecture has available subtitles. Place your cursor over the symbol and choose the language you want to see the subtitles in. Nevertheless, use the Off option to disable subtitles.
By selecting captions settings, you may also change the text size and background opacity of the subtitles. Next, select either Font Size or Background Opacity to view the changes you want.
How the language for the subtitles is determined
If your account language is set to anything other than English, subtitles in your selected language will be automatically displayed. However, if subtitles in your chosen language are unavailable, English subtitles will be displayed instead.
By following the instructions listed above in the switch Subtitles On or Off section, you can switch off the subtitles at any moment. Please be aware that doing this disables subtitles for all courses with subtitles.

How to access transcripts for the course
As you move through a course, you can also read transcripts of the lectures that instructors have given. Transcripts also make it easier for you to locate pertinent information because they make it simple to read through the instructor's words.
After selecting the language of the transcript by clicking the Transcript button at the bottom of the course player, you can easily access the transcript feature.
The transcript of the instructor's speech will appear on the screen's right side once you click on Transcripts. The language chosen for the subtitles will also be used for composing the transcripts.
The current sentence will be highlighted as the instructor speaks, and the text will automatically scroll. You can jump forward or backward to any point in the lecture by clicking on a specific sentence.
