How to connect with Thkee Support
Simply click the Contact Us button that appears on each Help Center article to start the process of getting in touch with Thkee Support.
When accessing the Help Center on a laptop or desktop, the Contact Us button will show up on the right side of every article, including this one.
Kindly note that upon selecting Contact Us instructors and students who are reading through articles in both Arabic and English in our Help Center will be able to speak with Thkee's virtual agent, "Najd."
Even though "Najd" is a virtual agent and not an actual human being, it may easily assist you in sending an email ticket to Thkee Support if you require additional assistance.
