Our goal is to assist everyone with their online learning. We have developed the Quality Review Process to ensure that students enjoy excellent learning opportunities.
You can submit your course for evaluation whenever it's ready to be published. The Quality Review Process will start when a course is submitted. The URL will become active as soon as your course is approved by the review team.
The course quality checklist will be reviewed by the Process Review Team following submission, and they will offer their assessment and recommendations. You can find your course on the Thkee marketplace once it has been published and passed.
Before submitting your course
Verify that you have finished the tasks listed below on the Course Management Dashboard. When the circle next to each navigation item becomes a checkmark, you will know these items are completed.

A new page detailing any needs that remain unfinished will appear after you click Submit for Review if you have not finished all of the requirements for your course.
You can submit the course to our Quality Review team once you've fulfilled the prerequisites.
How to Withdraw Submission
When an instructor submits their course for review, its status will change to "In Review". During this time, you can still withdraw your submission to be able to update your course.
Once the course is submitted, the "Submit for Review" button will be replaced by the "Withdraw Submission" button. This button allows you to revert the course to its previous status, the "Draft" or "Rejected" status for further editing.
However, please be aware that you can only withdraw your course submission while it is under review. Once your course is approved, withdrawal submission will no longer be possible.
After deciding to withdraw your course submission, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Course tab.
- Find out the desired course.
- Click Withdraw Submission.
- Confirm your decision, and your course status will revert to "Draft".
Once you've made your last-minute changes and ensured everything looks good, you can re-submit your course for review at any time.
