The Thkee Quality Review Team will assess your course and offer comments on each item on our Course Quality Checklist once you submit it for review. Your course will be made available to the public in the Thkee marketplace as soon as it passes. You won't be able to find your course on the marketplace until then.

Course review time
Your course will be reviewed by the Quality Review Team using our Course Quality Checklist as a guide. You should hear back from the Quality Review Team within 2 business days of your course being added to the queue.
Visit the Instructor Dashboard to find out how your course is progressing. There will be a label indicating whether your course is Needs Fixes, Under Review, or Published. If you already have a published version of your course, you could see little icons that say things are under review or that they need fixes.
Check course feedback
You can find out whether the course has been authorized or if it needs to be fixed by visiting the course feedback page, where the Quality Review Team will provide comments.
Approved
In the event that the Quality Review Team finds no problems that need to be fixed, your course will go live and be available for purchase.
Please be aware that it could take up to 24 hours for a course to appear in search results once it has been authorized and released into the marketplace.
Please go over any suggestions the team has made to raise student satisfaction with the courses. However, responding to this kind of feedback is not necessary.
Needs fixes
Regardless of whether it is public or private, your course is not live on the Thkee marketplace if it has to be fixed. Please make any necessary adjustments, mark them as fixed, and resubmit the course for review before it is published.
This article explains how to view the input from the review team, how to mark necessary modifications as fixed, and how to communicate with the team directly.
When the review of your course is complete, you will receive an email with a link to your course dashboard where you can review the feedback.
Re-submit for Review
After making all the necessary adjustments, click Mark as solved. Click Submit for Review at the bottom of the page menu when you're ready for Thkee to evaluate your course once more.
Once your course is approved, your course link will go live, and students can discover and enroll in your course.
