This article explains how to find out which email address is linked to your Thkee account and whether you have made multiple accounts. If you're having problems logging in or finding the courses you're enrolled in, you might find the troubleshooting procedures listed below useful.
How to confirm what email address you have registered with Thkee

If you are logged into your Thkee account, you can check to see what email address you registered by navigating to your account security page.
Missing course tip: if you recently signed up to Thkee and enrolled in a course, but didn’t receive a confirmation email, this could indicate an error was made when you entered your email address.

Check the email address that is listed in the Email section of your account settings and carefully review it to make sure no typo was made by mistake when you created your account.

If an error was made, our system would have attempted to send your confirmation email to the incorrect address. Provided the enrollment went through, however, your course should be available on your Learning lab page.

If your email address was incorrectly entered, you can update your Thkee account’s email address and then log in moving forward with that address.

If you’re not logged into your Thkee account

Try a password reset: Try resetting the password for your account by entering multiple email addresses that you use if you can't recall which one you used to sign up for Thkee and are unable to check in. Make sure to look in your spam mail folder for your password reset email.

Check all your email accounts for confirmation emails from Thkee: An email from noreply@thkee.com is sent to the email address linked to your Thkee account following your enrollment in a course. Make sure to look in your spam mail folder.
- Try logging into Thkee using the email address you received the confirmation email in.
- If you can’t remember the password you used to sign up, initiate a password reset for your Thkee account.
Missing course tip: if you find emails from Thkee in more than one of your email accounts, this could indicate that you have more than one, active, Thkee account. The course you’re looking for could be registered to one of your other accounts.

Did you create your Thkee account using the Google sign-up option?
It’s also possible to create a Thkee account using your Google credentials.

If you used your Google credentials to sign up to Thkee then the email address you have registered for that account will also be listed on your Thkee account settings page.
