How to change your account’s email address
You can opt to modify your account's email address by following the instructions below:

After you log into your Thkee account, via your browser, navigate to your account security page.

Click the input box that contains your Email Address.
Please note:
If an Update button did not appear after modifying your Email Address, this simply means that you have registered to Thkee using your Google account. To enable editing and change your current account's email address, you will first need to set up a password for your account.
- Make sure to follow the instructions on how to change your password to set up a password for your Thkee account using the same email address registered with your Google account.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I change my email address if the input box is disabled?
If the input box is disabled, this indicates you signed up to Thkee with a Google account. When you sign up using this option, no password is generated for your Thkee account.
If you wish to create a password for your Thkee account and log in with the same email address that’s registered with Google, please follow the steps to change your password.
When I try to change my email address it says that the address is unavailable. Why?
If you see an "email address is unavailable" banner, it means that the email address is associated with either a recently closed or another active account.
For example, you may have accidentally created two accounts. To access the account registered to that email address, you can follow the steps outlined in this article by resetting your password.
If you recently closed an account that had that email address registered to it, however, that address may not be available to use with another Thkee account for some time.
