How to reset your password
If you can’t remember the password for your Thkee account, you can request a reset password email from the login page:

Click Login on Thkee's homepage

Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address in the input box

Next, click Reset password

Check your email for the reset password email and complete the steps to change your password
Can’t find the reset password email?
If you do not receive the password reset message within an hour, please check your spam folder. Also, please be sure the noreply@thke.com email is added to your safe sender list.
How to change your account’s password
Anytime you want to change your password, just follow these steps:

After you log into your Thkee account, navigate to your account settings page.
- Click Change Password

A pop-up will appear. Enter your current password, and your new password, re-type the new password, and then click on Update.

Did you sign up for Thkee using the Google option?
When you sign up using the Google option, no password is generated for your Thkee account. If you wish to create a password for your Thkee account and log in with the same email address that’s registered with Google moving forward, please follow the steps outlined above to reset your password.
You can access the email address that is registered for your Thkee account in your Account Settings.
