This article explains what login alert notifications are and when you may receive these emails from Thkee.
What are login alert notifications? And when are they sent?
In the case that our system notices unusual or suspicious activity, it will take many actions, one of which is to send you an alert to verify whether or not you permitted a login. For instance, Thkee will notify you with an alert notice if our system detects a login from a new device or in a new region.
What do the login alert notifications say?
Thkee will use the info@thkee.com email address to send emails, with a subject line indicating that the recipient is receiving a login notice. According to our systems and records, the message will specify the browser and operating system on which the login was detected, along with the time it occurred.
What should you do if you believe your account was accessed by someone else?
We strongly advise resetting your password right away if you feel someone else may have accessed your account after receiving an alert warning for a login that you did not initiate.
Review additional steps you should take if you believe your account has been compromised.
