In the event that you have accidentally created two Thkee accounts and would like to request a merge of them, this page describes how to do so.
In order to make sure you can access your courses in the future, we also suggest making a new account and filing a merging account request if you are unable to access the email address linked to your Thkee account.
Please note:
- Merges are irreversible and permanent.
- Users are only allowed to make one merge.

What will be transferred when I merge accounts?
When your accounts are merged, your purchases and course progress will also be transferred, along with your courses.
Please be aware that when your accounts are merged, private messages and notes won't be moved. Before moving further with the process, make sure to preserve any vital information you desire to keep.
Accounts that cannot be merged
Accounts on Thkee Marketplace and Thkee Business are handled independently and cannot be merged.
Furthermore, it is not currently possible to merge instructor accounts. It is not possible to merge this data with another account, as instructor accounts have distinct revenue reports and other data that have been collected.
Submitting a merge account request for existing Thkee accounts
To request a merging account for an existing Thkee account, please fill out the following informations and send it to our team.
1. Verification of account ownership: Our staff needs evidence of purchase for any courses you took in the account that will be merged with your primary account in order to confirm that you are the owner of both accounts.
This can be in the form of:
- a bank statement with the transaction recorded
or - a registration email that you got when you purchased a course.
A screenshot of one of these two choices is another option you have. Please be aware that screenshots of the purchase history page will not be accepted as an extra security measure.
2. The email addresses of the Thkee accounts to be merged: Please be prepared to supply the email address of the account you want to merge into and the email address of the primary account you want to keep.
- Learn how to check your account's email address.
To start the process of merging accounts, get in touch with support once you have the aforementioned data to give our team.
Unable to access your Thkee account’s email address?
We suggest creating a new account and submitting a merge account request if you are unable to access the email address associated with your Thkee account (for example, because you no longer have access to the email address or because you typed the wrong email address when you signed up). This will help to ensure that you can access your courses moving forward.
For instance, in order to obtain the verification code required for login, you will require access to the account's email address if multi-factor authentication or passwordless login is set.
If you can relate to this, please make a merge account request by following the instructions below.
1. Make sure you don't already have a second Thkee account by checking twice. In case you don't, make a fresh Thkee account.
- During the sign-up process, please double-check your information and provide a working email address that you can access.
2. To confirm that you are the owner of the original account—the one that was registered using an email address you are no longer able to access—provide a proof of purchase.
- This can be in the form of a bank statement. You can also provide a screenshot of the bank statement.
3. Then, get in touch with Support to start the account merging procedure. Please be prepared to provide the email address associated with your first account, evidence of purchase for a course in that first account, and the email address associated with your new account.
