How to Edit Your Profile
You can update details about yourself, such as your name, headline, and biography, as needed. All you need is to follow the steps below:
Please note:
- Modifications made to your profile might not show up in a current certificate of completion.
- Learn how to update your name or language when generating a certificate of completion.
- There is no account currency option on the Profile page.
- After logging in to your account, you can edit your profile by moving your cursor to your initials or profile image at the top right of the page and clicking on your name in the drop-down menu. If you’re logged into your Thkee account, you can also head to your profile page directly via this link.
To edit your profile, simply type in your first and last name, your headline, and what you want your biography to say. Next, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
How to Upload Your Profile Picture
To upload (or edit) your profile picture:
- Go to your profile page.
- Click Browse File beside your profile picture.
- Select an appropriate picture from your computer and click open.
- The image will be uploaded and set automatically.
How to View Your Profile
If you wish to see how your profile will appear to other students and instructors:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
- Click Public Profile.
Editing Your Privacy Settings
On the Privacy page, you may access your privacy settings and choose whether you want logged-in students and instructors to be able to see your profile. On this screen, you may also select whether you want to disclose the courses you're currently enrolled in.
Please note:
The account profile of another student can only be viewed by instructors and students who are signed into their Thkee accounts. Both students and instructors can access the profiles of instructors who have published courses when they are logged in and out.
Your privacy settings can be accessed by clicking on Privacy on the left-hand side of your Profile page. To make your profile or enrolled courses public or private, simply click on the checkmark beside each option and click Save.
