It is the responsibility of each instructor and student to be aware of and follow Thkee's Trust & Safety and Terms of Use policies. There are two ways to report a potential infraction: report the in-product or contact the Trust & Safety Team directly.
Reporting from the course landing page
Scroll to the bottom of the page, beyond any course reviews, and click the Report Abuse button if you see a problem with a course image or any other element of the course landing page.
Reporting within a lecture
Click the gear icon in the course player's lower right corner to report abuse that occurs during a lecture. When reporting violations that happen briefly during a lecture, please think about include the time the issue occurred in your report.
Reporting violations
If you have any problems with a course image or other features on the course main page, need to report abuse within a lecture, have any violations of terms and conditions, or want to discuss policy issues, please contact us directly at policy@thkee.com. When reporting a potential breach, please include any relevant information, such as a direct link and/or a screenshot of the content in concern, to help our team investigate and follow up.
Leaving a review
If you have a course experience that you believe prospective students should consider, you can post a review in addition to reporting to Trust & Safety. Please ensure that your review is professional and follows the Review Guidelines.
Requesting a refund
If for any reason you are disappointed with a course, you may seek a refund as long as your request follows our refund policy. Learn how to get a refund.
