THKEE COPYRIGHT POLICY

Thkee takes copyright infringement claims very seriously. We will address notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws. If you believe that any material available on or through Thkee infringes on your copyright, you can request its removal or block access by submitting a written report using this form.
In accordance with the Saudi Copyright Law (issued under Royal Decree No. M/41 on 2 Rajab 1424H - corresponding to August 30, 2003), any written notice (the "Copyright Infringement Notice") should include substantially the following:
-
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If the notification pertains to multiple copyrighted works on a single online site, a representative list of such works should be provided.
-
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or is the subject of infringing activity, including information sufficient to enable Thkee to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the webpage containing the material).
-
Information sufficient to permit Thkee to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
-
A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement confirming that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, made under penalty of applicable laws.
If you fail to comply with the requirements outlined by Saudi Copyright Law, your Copyright Infringement Notice may not be effective.
Please be aware that if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for any resulting damages, including costs and legal fees, in accordance with applicable Saudi law.

Pursuant to Saudi Copyright Law, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

Your name, address, and telephone number.
