Do all courses offer certificates of completion?
No. A certificate of completion is currently only provided by approved, paid courses. There is no certificate of completion offered for free courses or courses that are limited to practice exams.
Do free courses offer certificates of completion?
No. As previously stated, Certificates of Completion are only available for paid courses.
Do practice test courses offer certificates of completion?
No. As previously stated, there is no certificate of completion offered for free courses or courses that are limited to practice exams.
Can I change the formatting of my certificate of completion?
As of right now, certificates are generated using a template, and their formatting cannot be altered.
Can I customize my certificate?
At this point, certificates can't have their formatting altered, features removed, or photographs added because they are made using a template.
Can I use Thkee certificates for formal accreditation?
Thkee is not a recognized or accredited organization. Although certificates serve as proof of abilities and achievements, they are not accepted for official recognition.

How is the course’s number of hours determined?
The course video hours at the most recent completion are used to calculate the number of hours shown on the certificate of completion. If a lecture is added by an instructor after a student has finished the course, they can finish the additional lectures and update the certificate to reflect the extended course time.
Do I need to complete the lectures in order to obtain my certificate of completion?
No. After all lectures and course materials are marked as finished, you can pick up your certificate of completion.
If I retake a course I completed previously, will the completion date be updated?
No. The date of your initial course completion will correspond with the completion date on a certificate. This does not apply when a course adds additional lectures. The completion certificate will then instantly update with the new date if these additional lectures are finished.
Troubleshooting
I finished my course but I still can’t access my certificate of completion. How come?
Every curriculum item needs to be marked as completed in order to obtain your certificate of completion. Make sure all lectures and course materials have a checkmark next to them and are marked as complete by carefully reviewing the course curriculum in the course player.
My lecture or course item (quiz, practice test) is not getting marked as complete. How do I fix this?
