How to download your certificate of completion
1. When you finish studying all the curriculum items of a course, a "Get Certificate" badge icon in green will appear instead of "completion rate" above the course player as shown in the picture below:
2. Click on the link, then click claim the certificate to view your certificate.
It will look like the certificate in the picture below:
3. To download the certificate, click on Download Certificate button. it can be saved as pdf or jpg file type, so that you can easily share your accomplishment.
In addition, you can share your certificate on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn directly from Thkee.

Free courses and the courses that only include practice tests do not offer a certificate of completion.

Thkee is not an accredited institution. As a result, the certificates cannot be used for formal accreditation. However, certificates of completion help demonstrate your accomplishments and your new acquired experiences.
Troubleshooting & help
I finished my course, but I still can’t access my certificate of completion. Why?
In order to receive your certificate of completion, all the curriculum items included in the content must be marked as complete. Double-check the study items and lectures in the course player to make sure that each one of them has the green checkmark beside it, and it is marked as complete.

Occasionally, the system may need a few moments to generate a certificate of completion after a course has been completed. Wait a couple of minutes and then try clicking on the "Get Certificate" link again. You may also need to refresh the page, or clear your cache and cookies, in order to see your certificate.
Do all courses offer certificates of completion?
No. Currently only paid, approved courses offer a certificate of completion. Free courses and the courses including only practice tests, do not offer a certificate of completion.

Can I change the formatting of my certificate of completion? Or add an image?
Unfortunately, certificates are created using a specific template, and you cannot change the formatting or add images at this time.
