Setting Up Your Camera and Microphone Before Joining
Before entering your live session, make sure your audio and video are properly configured to avoid any interruptions.
- On the session preview screen, click Settings
- Select your microphone and camera from the available devices
- Click Join Session once everything is set

💡 Mute your microphone if you are not ready to speak
💡 Use headphones and choose a quiet environment to improve audio quality and reduce background noise.
Accessing Session Controls
Once your live session starts, the main controls will appear in the session interface. These tools are available throughout the session and can be accessed at any time.
1. Microphone and Camera
You can control your audio and video during the session:
- Click the Microphone icon to mute or unmute yourself
- Click the Camera icon to turn your video on or off

2. Screen Sharing
Screen sharing allows you to present your content directly to learners.
- Click the Share Screen button
- Select the screen, window, or tab you want to share. Then, click Allow to start sharing
To stop sharing:
- Click Stop Sharing

3. Chat

- Send messages to all participants
- Respond to learner questions
- Pin, Edit, and Delete a message

- Open the Polls panel
- Enter the poll title, add the answer choices, select the correct response, and then click the Create Poll button to make it available to students.
