Some of these trademarks are registered or pending registration with Thkee in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other international countries. We have taken this action to safeguard our trademarks for the good of our community and all parties associated with Thkee. Our trademark rights extend beyond the contents of the following, non-exhaustive list. Thkee keeps an eye on how our trademarks are being used, and we reserve the right to ask anyone using our trademarks to stop using them or to modify them in any way that goes against our trademark guidelines.

Dos

Generally speaking, you can use the Thkee and the names of its goods or services for the following purposes:

Give accurate and truthful references to Thkee and its goods and services. "I recently uploaded a new course to the Thkee marketplace platform," for example.
Prior to nouns, use as an adjective. For example, Thkee classes, Thkee marketplace platform, Thkee mobile app, etc.
Use Thkee and its goods and services in text without modification. For example, "Discover my course on the Thkee marketplace" or "I tutor on the Thkee platform."
When utilizing the Thkee, give due credit. The trademark THKEE is possessed by Thkee, Inc.

Don’ts

The Thkee Trademarks may not be used as verbs, nouns, possessives, or plurals. Example: "I'm presenting Thkee!"; "Thkee it"; "All the Thkees";
Avoid misusing or distorting the Thkee, such as by mixing it with other words, misspelling it, or putting it in other words or phrases. Ex. “We are Thkeefied!”; “We've become Thkee-ics”; “Thkee-mazing!”
The Thkee should not be used in deceptive or false advertising.
Use of the Thkee in offensive content is prohibited. The Thkee may not be used on or in conjunction with any offensive, illegal, scandalous, defamatory, or pornographic content of any kind.
Never underestimate Thkee with the Thkee. You are not permitted to use Thkee in any way that would, in our reasonable opinion, harm Thkee's goodwill or reputation, nor to denigrate Thkee, its goods, or its services.
Avoid using the Thkee or any other possibly confused versions as your domain name on the Internet. Example: Thkeebusiness.com
Don’t imitate Thkee’s trade dress, type style, or logos.
Don’t suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by Thkee without consent.
Don’t use Thkee in the name of your business, product, service, app, domain name, or social media account. Ex. @Thkeeinstructor.
A trademark application for a brand that is confusingly similar to any Thkee should not be submitted. For example, Thkee Life, Official Thkee Instructor, etc.

Thkee Logos - Please Request Permission

Some of the most identifiable ways that the Thkee brand is expressed are through our logos. Therefore, we kindly ask that you seek for permission before exploiting this valuable resource in order to help us protect it.
