Instructor Payout Report
How to access your Payout Report
After accessing theInstructor View, click on Payout from the left-side menu.
How to view the Payout Report
The main Payout page (Overview) provides an overview of your current amount to be paid and the status of all previous payouts. You will also receive critical notifications, such as alerts about missing payouts or information about your balance.
Available Balance
You can examine the amount you currently have available for withdrawal for your next payout under Available Balance.

Transactions
Over time, you may track the status of all the instructor payouts by visiting the Transactions area. In this instance, you can:
- Review the history and payout method for each monthly payout.
- Track the amount of each payment, including tax withholdings.
- Verify the month in which each payout was started.
- Monitor the present state of your payouts.
Payout Requests History
Accessible via the Payout Requests tab;
To assist you in keeping track of what has been paid out, each payout item has one of the following statuses:

Paid: Your instructor payment method has been successfully credited with the compensation.
- Consider that the time it takes for the payment to show up in your account may vary based on the processing time of your banking provider.
- Failed: Thkee attempted to provide the compensation, however it was unsuccessful. You can perform the troubleshooting procedures listed here.
- Processing: The payout is currently being processed. You should see a status update within 3 business days.
- Deactivated: if you lose access to the Thkee payment system for any reason—for example, by breaking the terms of service—or if our system recognizes any unusual behavior in your account, your payout will be blocked. You will get an email with instructions on how to proceed if this happens. Try the troubleshooting steps here.

Requested: when you request a payout, a request will be automatically generated for you.
- Queuing: The payout is currently in the queue. We will make an effort to process it in 10 business days.
- Ready to Pay: The payout is ready to be processed in the queue. We will attempt to process it within 3 business days.
- Undefined: As of right now, our system does not identify the status of your payout, which can happen with several payout types. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the status of your payout while we continue to process your payment.
