To offer courses directly on other platforms or websites, Thkee collaborates with a range of reliable e-commerce companies. In addition to allowing students to use payment methods that Thkee.com does not yet support, this helps reach students who would not have otherwise heard of Thkee. This kind of distribution can offer courses that are chosen for exposure to new audiences as well as an extra source of income.
What is a Thkee Reseller?
Resellers are online retailers or platforms that sell specific Thkee courses directly on their platform as part of an official agreement with Thkee. When a student purchases a Thkee course through a reseller, they pay the reseller instead of Thkee. Any courses customers buy are then immediately available to them on the Thkee platform.
How do students enroll in courses purchased from resellers?
Students who buy Thkee courses from resellers get a special enrollment link sent to the email address they registered with. The student will appear in the student's course list and on the instructor revenue report just like any other student after using this link to enroll.
Is my course automatically offered via resellers?
Not every course is selected for reseller distribution. Thkee works with resellers to identify courses with relevance to their unique audience.
How is instructor pay calculated for reseller purchases?
On the instructor revenue report, enrollments facilitated by resellers will be labelled as "External Partner". The transaction-level summary's "sale details" will include the final teacher pay, the revenue share, and the sale amount in SAR.
What should instructors do with questions about representations made by resellers?
Please contact policy@thkee.com with any issues you may have regarding a listing on a reseller website or if you would want to verify that an external listing is an official reseller relationship.
