This article outlines how you can close your Thkee account. Please get in touch with Thkee Support if you're experiencing issues with the website or if there's anything we can do to assist you before you close your account.
Please be aware that all of the courses you have enrolled in, including purchased courses, will be lost if you close your Thkee account. On the other hand, if you purchased a course within the last 30 days, you may request a refund before closing your account.

How to Close Your Thkee Account

Sign in to your account.

Move your cursor to your avatar at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Click on your name from the drop-down menu to navigate to your Profile page.

Next, click Account Settings.

Then Close Account on the left.

Enter your password and click Close Account again.
- Tick both choices in the pop-up menu to proceed.
- Then click Yes, Close Account.
