Ideally, identity verification is only necessary once per account. However, certain instructors may be required to repeat the process if flags are discovered in account activity or course content.
How does Thkee verify my personal data?
Please be reminded that Thkee works with third-party merchants. These third-party suppliers validate the information you supply using trustworthy and licensed data sources such as credit bureaus, electoral rolls, government-issued, public and private data, telephone/utility records, and watch lists.

What happens if I do not pass the automated identity verification?
Only confirmed instructors can post a course on Thkee; if you have not yet been validated, you will be unable to do so. If the process is not completed by the deadline, all related courses and accounts will be frozen. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact policy@thkee.com.
Will I need to still submit my course for review after I complete identity verification?
Yes, once you have successfully finished the verification process, please remember to submit your course for review via the course administration dashboard.
If I am a co-instructor in a course, do I need to complete identity verification?
No, you are not required to complete the identity verification because only the course owner must do so before the course can be submitted for evaluation.

No, this is only required for instructors on the marketplace.

Yes. All instructors who intend to publish their courses or content must complete the verification process. This contributes to the integrity of the marketplace.
Can I use my business name for the verification process?
If you submit a business name, we may need to speak with a corporate representative to ensure that you are linked with that business. As a result, the verification process could take significantly longer.
