You can easily access and manage files and resources that you have added to your account through the Uploader by going to your library. These files can be moved to a particular lecture or kept for further use in your library.

Video Naming in the Library: Each video in the library will display the name of the last lecture it was associated with. If a video is not related to any lecture (an orphan video), it will be labeled with the original file name from the user's computer.
- Orphan videos, that are not associated with any lecture for more than 30 days, will be automatically removed from the library.
Adding Files to Your Library
You can add files to your library by using the Uploader, to access the Uploader follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your Instructor View, and click the course you wish to edit.
- Move to the Curriculum tab.
- Choose the lecture you wish to add files, and click Edit.
- Click Upload a file or drag and drop.
- Click Save, then you can find your video in your library.
Sorting Your Files
You can sort through your files by, Courses, Sections, and Status.
Checking the File Status
Also, you can check to verify if a file was successfully uploaded to your library.
The Successful icon will appear if the file has been successfully uploaded to the library and is operational. If the file is still being prepared for use, you will see Processing; otherwise, you will get Failed, indicating an unsuccessful upload.

Select Files From Your Library to Your Course
Go to the course's Curriculum page and select the videos and other materials you want to include in your lectures from your library. Once you create or modify a lecture, you can click on Or choose a video from your library to add content to your course by selecting the video you want to link it to the lecture.
Deleting a File
Click the trash can icon on the right to remove a file from your library. The trash icon will appear only if that file isn't linked to any lecture. However, the video will be auto-removed if it is not linked to any lecture for 30 days.
Note that there is no way to recover a file you have deleted from your library.
