Your credit or debit card information is never fully stored by Thkee on our systems. As an alternative, we cooperate with credit card payment processors that have earned PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification.
Your credit or debit card information is transferred straight to these payment processors' secure databases when you enter it on Thkee, and they execute the transaction right there. Then, in order to help us with tasks like labeling your saved cards and documenting your purchases, that partner will give us a piece of the stored information (for example, the last four digits of your card number).
A randomly generated alphanumeric ID known as a "token" will also be given to us by our partner throughout this procedure. Even while we don't personally have the complete card number on file, we can use this token to refer to a saved card during subsequent transactions. No one who is logged into your Thkee account can access your whole credit card information because we only save a token rather than the complete credit card number you initially entered. Furthermore, a token ID cannot be reverse-engineered by a third party in order to get credit card information.
