Where to Find the Course Landing Page
You can access the course landing page by clicking the right-hand arrow below the course name
The Course Landing Page includes the following information:
- Title
- Course Objectives
- Overview
- Requirements
- Target Students
- Course Content
- instructor Bio
- Reviews
This is where instructors provide information to help potential students decide whether the course is right for them.
Tip for a Good landing Page:
- Make sure that the course landing page for your courses is unique so it will definitely standout among others!
- Though you may teach some similar courses, you cannot recycle language across your landing pages. Highlight what makes each offering special so that your course catches the eye of potential student enrollees when they discover your course.
- Avoid engaging in some misleading marketing messages; if a student has a bad learning experience because of a bad fit with the course, it can result in bad reviews and low engagement.
- Do not include coupon codes, course referral links or external links (except in the designated links field of the instructor bio) either.
Instructor – Detailed Guidelines
Thkee strictly prohibits the following in any sections of the course landing page:
-
Misleading marketing messages
-
Coupon codes, references to coupon codes or course referral links
-
External links (except in the designated links field of the Instructor Bio)
-
Content that is duplicated from other landing pages
You may refer to your other Thkee courses only when it enhances transparency for your potential students. For instance, if you have a comprehensive course A and a smaller course B that covers some of the same material, it's important and fair to mention this on the Course Landing Page or in the Promo Video. However, do not use this as an opportunity to promote your other courses. Instead, focus on providing this information to help students make an informed decision.
When an instructor is clearly going against the spirit of Thkee policies, in an attempt to game the system or if we see a severe negative impact on the student experience such as high unsubscribe rates or refund rates, it will be considered a violation of our policies.
