You can access your Thkee courses on a variety of platforms and devices, including mobile devices running iOS and Android as well as PCs and laptops running Mac OS. Below are our system requirements regarding them.
Minimum System Requirements
- For laptops, the newest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Opera.
- A broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps.
PC-Specific Criteria
- Platform: Windows 8.1 or above with most recent upgrades.
- RAM: 4GB or above.
- Video: Ability for rendering and displaying video content.
- Sound: Ability for emission of sounds.
Mac Certain Criteria
- Platform: Mac OS X 10.12 or above featuring most recent upgrades.
- RAM: 4GB or above.
- Video: Ability for rendering and displaying video content.
- Sound: Ability for emission of sounds.
Chromebooks or Chrome OS Devices
Please be aware that Thkee is not supported on Chromebooks or Chrome OS devices.
